About Us                 

The Eaglehawk Dive Centre (EDC) started operating in 1991. All the owners (Mick Baron, Karen Gowlett-Holmes, Gary Myors and David Perkins) are experienced local divers with over 100 years combined diving experience.

It is situated on the spectacular Tasman Peninsula, 80 km from Hobart - Tasmania's capital - and 45 minutes from the airport (click here for a map).

Our operation caters for all requirements of the visiting scuba diver. Our services include boat dives, accommodation, air fills, gear hire, courses, dive shop, and much more.

Most of our dive sites are accessible only by boat. Shore diving is limited due to the extremely rugged and very photogenic coastline with cliffs towering from sea level to 1000 feet.

The EDC is an Accredited Tourism Business by the Tourism Council Tasmania.
